Refunds/Changes are acceptable within 14 days under certain terms and conditions. Refunds are acceptable if there are quality problems with the items.

Refunds will be denied if the following guidelines are not followed: 1.All products must be in the same condition they were received in. 2.All products must be returned with all original packing, manuals, paper, and accessories.3.All products must be returned on time.

Changes are acceptable if the following: 1.If you send your purchase back, in original condition, because you give a wrong info (for example, if you ordered the wrong size), we will send you the new products you want and will charge you only the new shipping and handling fees. 2.If you send your purchase back because we sent you the wrong product by mistakes, we will ship you a replacement at no cost once we receive the wrong products back in its original condition.

Shipping fees will be deducted. Mistakes include wrong size, mismatching shoes, and wrong product received. This does NOT include buyer regrets, wrong size purchased, does not fit, vintage sneakers,etc.No restocking fees will be applied. Negotiations are also accepted. Any returned item must be in unworn, never tried on, and resalable condition. Please contact us to inquire about legibility for a return.
